Dr. Mike Yuan is a board-certified physician specializing in physical medicine, rehabilitation, and interventional pain management at Maryland Pain Clinic in Rockville, Maryland. He earned his medical degree from Tongji Medical University and completed surgical training in China. Dr. Yuan then completed his internship in General Surgery at Lenox Hill Hospital in New York City, followed by his residency training in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at Eastern Virginia Medical School. Dr. Yuan further completed an Interventional Spine and Sports Medicine fellowship at the Sinai Hospital of Baltimore/Orthopedic and Spine Specialists of York, Pennsylvania. Dr. Yuan focuses on minimally invasive treatments for spine, joint, and nerve pain, and is recognized for his commitment to listening to patients, clearly explaining their options, and developing individualized care plans that enable them to return to their normal daily activities.
